This website is operated by ENE'S COUTURE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ENE'S COUTURE. By visiting our site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order or submitting an enquiry. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
2. Bespoke Commissions
Bespoke garments are made to your measurements and specifications. A confirmed booking reserves studio time and materials; production begins once the deposit stated in your quotation has been received.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and details you provide. Two fitting sessions are included as standard; additional alterations arising from changes made after the design is approved may incur extra charges.
3. Ready to Wear & Orders
Ready-to-wear pieces are subject to availability. Orders are produced and shipped within 5–10 working days unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. Payments
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full before an order is released for shipping, unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed for bespoke work.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and begin after production is complete. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Alterations
Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unworn condition with original tags attached. Bespoke and made-to-measure garments are final sale, though we will always work with you to resolve fit issues.
